  • Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched the same day
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong product delivered
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • An uncut unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Refunds will be processed after quality check, with applicable shipping deductions.

We do not offer exchanges.
