Refund policy

We offer returns and refunds only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a wrong item

In such cases, we are committed to offering a full refund after verification.

Return Guidelines

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

To ensure fair verification, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory:

• The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened
• The issue (damage/wrong product) should be visible in the same video

❗ Without this video, we will not be able to process any refund request

Refund Process

• Once your return is picked up and passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated
• Refund will be processed to your original payment method or preferred option
• A small deduction towards shipping charges (₹59 onwards) will be applied

Replacement / Exchange

• Currently, we do not offer exchanges or replacements
• Eligible cases will be processed as refunds only
